yeah, can't wait to see the red and yellow.

Although i'm more of a fan of the Ultimates version than the 616 (main universe) one.

oh...this should be cool. But don't forget that all superhero movies use the first movie as an introduction to characters basicaly. i just rented the cartoon The Invicible Iron Man. they do have the intro to the grey suit before going on the red and yellow one.

I think this'll be a superhero origin story that is most faithful to the look of the original comic

with virtually every superhero movie recently they've updated the costume for the movie

with Iron Man the first suit he builds is the grey one, and this time it actually looks like the first comic, which I think is great because it shows that at least the art department is trying to be faithful to the original. I'd love it if the rest of the production held that same respect for the source material, and I hope they do.

just think about the other Marvel, and DC movies that were a disappointment . . . Catwoman, Daredevil, Elektra, Ghostrider, Superman Returns, Hulk, Punisher
and the good ones: Batman Begins, Spiderman, X-Men . . . there aren't many good ones that I can think of
let's hope Iron Man is a good one

More than anything I hope the script, and acting, are good... The origin, suit looks pretty cool to me, and I'm really hoping the newer red/yellow suit will be kick ass!

The only thing I'd change in this is the size of the eye sockets. They're huuuuuuuge.
