V So, I had to go to traffic court this morning for an arraignment for my speeding ticket. I wanted to schedule my trial for late December or early January, since I'll be in Italy for four months. Apparently, the court doesn't schedule dates out that far...so, I'm stuck with my trial being a week from tomorrow, thus, not giving me enough time to subpoena the evidence I need for my defense. Is that even remotely fair!?! (sorry, don't mind me...)
