So I was trying to think of some more obscure ship to ship battles and I recall this really cool ship to ship battle in Enemy Mine where on of the ships does this big loop to go from being prey to being the hunter. Also used to love the old Buck Roger's TV show ship to ship fights when I was a kid (Though I imagine that if I watched it now it would seriously suck). Kinda liked the hokey little number in Galaxy Quest where they drag the mines into the bad guy's ship (Nice use of "environment" to defeat a superior foe - ala Star Trek 2) and also probably the best bit in Lost in Space (IMHO) where the "Bubble" Fighters battle the mutant fighters over the partially completed jump gate... Also have to mention two similar battles that don't quite meet the criteria of ship to ship... The first would be in the clone wars cartoon where the Republic ship is damaged and one of the Jedi leads all the clone troopers on the ship in a leap through space/boarding action of the enemy that just crippled their ship (Now THAT would have been a cool start to Episode 3) And Second is the awsome campness of the Hawkmen boarding War Rocket Ajax in Flash Gordon! "Impetuous Boy!" |

Or The Battle for Earth In Babylon 5, (end of the civil war) |

ST-FC - Borg ![]() if i had a chance to include game videos. (not from ingame but 3d movies) I'd say I-war (Indepednece War) The hole heroic fight of breaking through the lock so the fleet can exit the hyperspace. Old but dam, that was a classic. |
