    | ^^ IIRC that´s from shortly after ST7 when SFX guys relabeled the model because they figured the next ship might probably be of the same class. But instead we got John Eaves´ stretched flounder. |

| It's from an show on the sci-fi channel a few months back when Paramount auctioned off props/models from the star trek tv shows going all the way back to the TOS show. That enterprise model is the hero model that was used in the show for the close ups. It went for around 600,000 bucks; I can't remember the exact figure. |

| from what i can tell in teh christys auction they did a okayish job fixing the damage to the necll but they only did a light cleaning of the paintwork... But its still stained  |
