I totaly understand that it's nothing close to easy to convert a lightwave model to max-format, I realy do. But there's been no communication between us since 4 months. If you were in my place, how would you react? What would you do, if you paid hard earned money for something, but you don't get anything, not even a "sorry, it will take some more time". Given your recent demeanor it's safe to assume that you would have raised hell and more to get to that person.

I realy expected more from a "pro" with your reputation. If I had known it would take so long to get the models and that I would be treated this way, I would have never given you the money. It's realy a shame...

Dude, I really hope you just posted out of anger and dont mean, what you said. Cause if you did remove people from the model list, it would mean that you accept ppls money under the false promise to repay them. You'd actually stealing from them then.
Instead I hope your anger comes more from the unability to repay the generosity of our community members.

uh..i said i will NOT remove him from my list. He's been busting my balls, and it's getting annoying as hell. i paid someone to convert the models and he bailed out never to be heard again with models..AND money. So now i'm relying on people willing to help me get them converted.

The only issue with that it people start to hand stuff and end up with the same issue Al has had.

If he wants the model in Max format and he's prepared to texture it himself, I'll let him have the geometry of Al's models that I did myself for the folks on DU provided, of course, that Al is in agreement.

This will, of course, be the one nice thing I do for anyone around here in this calendar year. We will return you to your normally scheduled cynicism and disdain as soon as possible.

I do believe al even offered to give us the more expensive converted falcon instead if we chose. (been a while but I believe that was an offer).
