Much better to read the forum in blues. Not sure that I like the top part though. Is a bit confusing. The double bars for titles is also a bit distracting as it has been pointed out.

Also, in the Black/white version the titles of the forums is very hard to read as it's sitting in the middle of the two bars.

ACEMAN EDIT: FIXED - ALL THEMES. (waves)

I was spamming F5 because I like to see the pretty pictures, and this one came up as a red x:
http://www.scifi-meshes.com/forums/i...backstept2.jpg
ironic eh?
not sure which one it's supposed to be because the filenames are different than the ones I submitted on the other thread . . .

ACEMAN EDIT: CONFIRMED - Being fixed - It's cause the word "ads" is in the URL string for the images. Will be fixed soon.

also let's keep this thread free from appreciation posts, and post only bug reports in this thread so they're easier to find.

Theme Used: Blue/Black 1024

Browser: Mozilla FireFox 2.0.0.6

Operating System: Windows XP Home

Possible Issues:

Header bars appearing in twos- making it hard to read sub-area titles.

New Posts button doesn't work from portal.

1024 theme is wider than 1024- I'm having to horizontal-scroll across the page just to view standard forum pages.

Looks nice, but a few little details still to sort out.

ACEMAN EDIT: All issues mentioned have been or will be addressed in all themes.

The text on the two title bars are really unreadable in the black/white theme.

With the previous theme, the Donators stood out just a little from the rest of the crowd in the list of currently active users. Now they *REALLY* stand out! Not necessarily a problem, but the ones that stood out before (Sensei, admins) are hard to spot now.

ACEMAN EDIT: CONFIRMED - I'll see what can be done to make the usernames more helpful to user and less painful on the eyes.

(Also - WOOHOO! I spotted one of my header bars! )

lol backstept
addition WAHH you removed modern so now I cannot get into threads via newposts. Hence the reason I am posting again to say my issue was related to results shown in the newposts search, so I guess thread search link generation is borked. Its a bit odd to see the reconisable avvies with diffrent colours around them!

Im on IE 6 and not getting the double bar thing.

Site is a bit slow too I think because of backstept!

ACEMAN EDIT: Yes. Some of the headers will need to be compressed alittle more for the web.

Double-Bar - FIXED.

Hey, I was trying to post about an image on the main page that appears to be either a) a repeat of a previous image or b) a copy of a previous image. The first one
http://www.scifi-meshes.com/forums/3...ral-coast.html
was that, and the second
http://www.scifi-meshes.com/gallery/...php?photo=2612

looks just like it, except different fighters and a different name. First time poster as well.

Of course, if I tried to post this from the forum where the picture is loaded I get nothing. I posted a message and it said "Your post or edit was successful, click here if you don't want to wait any longer". WHen the screen refreshed the reply was never there.

ACEMAN EDIT: NOT A BUG - All comments posted to the gallery are held in a que until approved. Your comment is there.. it's just not been approved yet. Don't want people filling the site with URL of ads etc.. hense the approval process.

Using Blue/Black 1024
IE 6
WinXP Pro sp2

Width seems to not adjust properly- still get the side-scrolling bar. Everything else looks okay, though. But I'm pretty easy to please these days.

ACEMAN EDIT: CONFIRMED - I'm going to rework that theme alittle more to get the side scroll bar removed. See a previous edit for the history that brought about that theme.

Quick edit seems to be broken. Whenever I hit the edit button, I get the advanced screen straight away.

Theme: Blue/Black
Browser: Firefox 2.0.0.6 on windows xp

ACEMAN EDIT: CONFIRMED - I'm not sure what's caused this. That template is unchanged. I'll see about fixing that.

WIP: Stupid Panels

Comco: i entered it manually in the back end

Talking

I reported it, that is really low to rip anothers work and to do it on a forum where the work is in the header!
MKF addition It is related to a prior post if image debasement. not related to site bugs. ref post#16
ACEMAN EDIT: Please explain. I'm confused.

Either way the issues I am having I think is a script error that IE finnaly just gives up on I left a window open for 5 min or so and it displayed the content.

Related to previous post of mine, the pages not loading all of the content, it appears to be some issue with a script that IE gives up on, thus leading to the lag of the pages loading. I think it is related to the google adds hanging up the loading of the page.
ACEMAN EDIT: ???

Quick edit seems to be a FF issue IE 6 works ok.
Ok now that I did one edit to add that last line the form goes and makes a liar out of me it goes direct to the advanced now just as with ff. >_<

ACEMAN EDIT: CONFIRMED - I'm trying to find out what's causing that problem.

I'm worked each issue as they are brought up in this thread. Dealing with double headerbars now. There should only be one bar.
