Calling All Babylon 5 fans

As I see too much Trek, BSG and SG stuff on this forum. I want to know who is still interested in this universe?
As you noticed we have two new stories on DVD The Lost Tales, with improved 3D. Then are there guys (girls too ) who work on this? Not only canon ship with classic genericpanels texture, but new designs with more realistic textures too.
Hands up and if you have something in mind put it here.

The difference between this and the SG topic is that there's work being posted in the SG topic.

I moved it to GD, where it will remain until there's some actual Work in Progress in the thread, seeing as that's a sort of a requirement for stuff in 3d WIP. If you have B5 stuff going on, feel free to post it. If we get enough, I'll move it back.

WIP: Semi-Random Projects

Comco: i entered it manually in the back end

You know you could find that out from a quick google search?

Well, I am a big fan of B5, but I haven't had the discretionary income to get the Lost Tales, yet (3 active kids and budgetary constraint issues). I am still getting into modelling, and I don't want to re-do someone else's universe, when I have a notebook full to overflowing with my own ideas.

Of course, I also don't think I could do B5 justice any time soon. I will be watching this, however. B5 was a true breath of fresh air.

Pure speculation at this point.

Right from the horses' mouth (edit, as of today, Sept 5):

"However, despite this, they are most pleased as sales have been
several orders of magnitude beyond what they anticipated.

More on this when I know more about what this actually *means*.

Meanwhile, on some of the things I couldn't announce at SDCC, count to
14 days give or take and start watching the skies....

jms"
