Do not buy any assets from these people guys.

They'll charge your credit card and won't credit your cornucopia account. Then when you complain they'll ban your account with funds still in it.

Presumably you have gone to your card company and asked them to get your money back? You should be covered if they have taken a payment and not given you what you payed for.

Call your bank or card company, explain the situation and they should recover the funds for you. At the end of the day, if they take your money and close your account, it's theft, you could even go to the Police if push came to shove...

Odd he went back to a store he supposedly had a beef with and was banned from because of his actions, which means he deliberatley circumvented the IP ban, then accused the store of theft, again.

Steve, what I have is a serious problem with E-on. I've used Vue since version 2 and thier customer service stinks. How would feel if you paid for an upgrade to Vue 6 and the company you had paid closed down your account denying access to the upgrade just because you had an issue with them.

They've charged my credit card without providing anything in return and make no mistake my credit card company have confirmed that until the charges drop off I have been charged.

My original 'beef' was simple my art was used without my permission and even if a sites tos says it can be used good manners (you remember them don't you) would be simply to email and ask to use the piece.

Your accusation of porn spamming (whatever the hell that is), I have no idea what you're talking about. If you're refering to my replacing the stolen picture with a bare chested blonde in a compromising position, guilty

For your info also steve, it's not garbage: C3d have charged my credit card (fact), no reply from customer service (fact), no access to Vue 6 upgrade (Fact), funds still in C3D account (fact).

The fact is they stink, they haven't been able to get anything right since day one.

You have your opinion of them, I have my mine and I'm going to make sure people hear mine.

Tell you what Steve, let's just leave this with Law Enforcement shall we, I've paid for something and I don't have it as far as I'm concerned a crime has been committed and I've excercised my rights to report that crime.

Spudmonkey & 2CV, yeah I've gone to my bank and they won't do anything because I gave them the credit card info, so in thier eyes it's not fraud, it's theft which is a criminal issue needing police involement, which I now have.

Can ask for this to be locked please guys.
