| Need help fixing my laptop please Basically it says: 'services.exe unable to locate component This application has failed to start because MSVCP60.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix the problem.' This came from me trying to install my camcorder drivers onto the system. It tells me to restart, so I do, and then everytime the windows xp load screen stops, it restarts. Please help guys. |
| But where do all the calculators go? Ain't nothin' over till it's over. | |

| SFM Obsessed | MSVCP60.dll is a Visual C runtime library and can be downloaded from a number of places, possibly even Microsoft Download Center Edit... OK, so it's hard to find it in the download center... DLL-files.com - msvcp60.dll, free download |

| SFM Obsessed | Many viruses replace the services.exe file its possible you may of been infected and your AV deleated the file... Run a repair install of windows. Also film cameras running off firewire shouldnt need extra drivers. If all else fails take the harddrive out back up the files you want to keep and reinstall windows anew... |
