I'm not sure its counted as mesh theft if someone is just selling a monitor and your picture is on it.

okay I am lost. are you guys talking about the moniter being a mehes. or the pictuer on the mointer, because all I see on the moniter is a web page for some company. too small to make it out.

Have you contacted them? Maybe they have permission. If they do have permission, will you send them an apology for your unfounded accusations?

Legally, the only party that can complain about that image being used is Paramount. No one else owns a thing.

Which is entirely distinct from the question of whether it is "cool" or "right" to use such an image without credits to the artist.
