| I've only watched the first half streamed and from what i saw looks good. It didnt really bother me that much the kid getting face hugged and then a chestburster. I doubt it that Aliens have rules like the Predator does. This movie is not out to take prisoners. And Jezz anything ANYTHING is better than AVP 1, except Alien Ressurection, that was just so naff...lets not talk about it. AVP 3 needs only three addtional things -Colonial Marines -Tied it in somewhere between Aliens and Alien 3 - Bill Paxton THE ULTIMATE BADDASS lol |

  | I'm just done with the whole Fox approach to what used to be a really good franchise. They abused it horribly with Alien3 (an abortion of a film if ever there was one), started actually killing it with Alien Resurrection (the booger monster at the end was just beyond lame), and finished the murder with AvP (present day xenomorphs on Earth? WTF?!? Five minute gestation for facehuggers?). The only thing remaining for Requiem is...necrophelia. I'm not giving Fox any more money for this series. I'll just watch Alien and Aliens and forget that any of the rest of this ever happened. |

 | Tbh the trailer put me right off as it just looked like another run of the mill Horror slasher gore fest of a film rather than actualy terring a horrific story... Preditor one and 2 where great but neather where overly gory. And I dont have a problem with kids being killed in films thousands of familys where killed in Aliens encluding newts brother. But this films seems that its biggest reason for exsistance is to shock you with gore of the worst level... Same reason why i dont like Saw or any other slasher film... Yet terror planet was fantastic as that was simply slapstick. So no i have no interest in seeing AVP2 and Pual Anderson hasnt made a good film since Event Horizon... Hes a fantastic visual director but a lame story teller. |
