The Wink and the Gun...

As I was perusing through the vast list of Smilies earlier this eventide, I noticed, to my utter perplexity, that there was not a Smilie which portrayed the ever-loved characteristics of the Wink and the Gun.

I mean there's, Mr. cool , and the handsome Mr. Smile , as well as Mr. Wink , Mr. Big Grin , Mr. Sad , and of course Mr. Mad . There's Mr. LOL , the ever obnoxious Mr. Flippy , Mr. Roll Eyes , (AKA Mr. Sarcastic), Mr..... , who ever he is, Mr. Devil , Mr Shock , and my personal favorite Mr. Thumb ; there's Mr. Confused , as well as Mr. Eek . And those are just the standard everyday Smilies. Hiding in the back room are other, even more colorful persona's. Mr. Pimp , the incomparable comedy duo Mr. Fishslap (and Ouch), Mr. Runs , Mr. Shiner , (Who in my personal opinion has nothing to smile about), Mr. No no , Mr. Help , Mr. D'oh , Mr. I'm with stupid , and finally Mr. Idea . But, as I stated earlier, there is no Mr. Wink and the Gun. The Wink and the Gun is an iconic staple of the late 1970's and early 1980's, it symbolizes staunch affirmation. It should be in the list, in my opinion. In fact, I think we should start a collection for the purchase and or possibly the development of such a character, if he does not exist. Tell me what you think, .

That's good. We can have a Smilie that gets escorted away in a nut-wagon, or one that's in a straight jacket bouncing off walls. Great idea HawkMan. This is one instance where the Wink and the Gun Smilie would come into play folks.

You know for the sake of saving time and money, my good friend Mr. Thumb here () can be modified to suit the purpose. Simply extend the index finger, animate the hand so that it is able to raise and lower, switch and animate the winking eye, and there you have it, The Wink and the Gun. Tell me what you think.
