it looks like a rock at the base, the rest is dark, possiable shadows.
given that it would say Rock to me.

I think it's only a couple inches high, and almost definitely isn't an alien, but whatever it is it's very fascinating!
anything that shifts the public's attention to outer space is a good thing
I mean how else are we going to get there in a timely fashion if we don't take the time to look beyond our little blue planet?
