Forgive me if this is the wrong post to ask this question, but I was looking at a recent episode of stargate atlantis and noticed that rachel luttrell's character is pregnant. I was wondering if anyone knows that is it just her character or is rachel lutrell pregnant in real life?

She was apparently, gave birth to a boy last october.

Rachel Luttrell was indeed pregnant throughout the filming of the current season of Atlantis.

TPTB of SGA initally intended for this season to have a parental storyline involving McKay and Katie Brown, but when Luttrell announced her pregnacy they intergrated the storyline into her season arc.

The filming schedule was rearranged to fit in around her pregnancy and her the safety of the child for certain sequences.

Yep..realy pregnant...had a chance to see her while pregnant...not only the belly was getting biger..
