Anyone watching Lost? Spoilers for 4.1

Slightly dissapointing start to the episode, not on the same level as starting down the hatch, or in othersville watching the plane explode.

Looks like it still the actor that plays Christian playing Jacob in the hut, but are they just getting use out of him, or is the connection meant to be there?

The biggest moment for me is that Jack tried to kill Locke, and even though the gun turned out to be empty, Jack didnt know that.

I cant help but wonder how the group would have treat Jack if that gun was loaded.

I guess the team wont stay split up forever, since we already know people from both groups left the island.

Interesting they would use Charlie so soon after his death, but I guess since they have to pay him to use his image from last year, it made sence to just have him in the episode too.

Easy days acting for Tom laying dead in the sand, but a payday is a payday.

Overall the least effective opening episode, but still enough to keep you coming back next week.

Episode!? You've got a lot of catching up to do then...! Lost has been confirmed as running for seven seasons and there haven't really been any solid answers yet. One part of it is due to be set off the island, which is what the current future parts are building up to, but it will be interesting to see who the 6 are and who the funeral was for at the end of the previous season. Was it one of the 6 or was it a general funeral for the rest of the people who are still on the island?

I got board with it half way thought the second season. That and the fact that it only shown on Sky now. No real big Lost.

I have a friend who will watch anything from Days of our drearies to docos on brain surgury and he won't touch it. Thinks it's the biggest pile of crap on TV.

For myself I have only ever watched part of one episode and that was enough to turn me off it.

I like the show. I'm more interested in the conspiracy behind the Dhrama project.

I saw the very first episode when it aired here in germany and i that was the only thing of lost i saw for a very long time.
My brother who saw every single episode and ownes the dvds too told me that you need to watch a few episodes before you get the idea. Well, i gave it a try and i have to say i don't regret it. I got grabbed so much, that i watched all 3 seasons in a few weeks

Yeah, especially where it went off the rails for a while in seasons 2 and 3. Got a lot better at the end of season two and three again though, so I'm optimistic now that they have promised to answer a few questions for once!

I kind of liked this first episode. I agree that there were a lot of parts of last season where I was bored / frustrated but I hope that they now know when the show will end that each season will have a little more substance. I think it's kind of cool having all of those flash forwards as well... really makes you think...
