this is a great show, good cast of characters, good plot, great sets, everything looks real!
I watch this show every week, and it is quite frankly, one of only a handful of shows even worth a damn.

if they cancel this show a second time, I urge those of you on these boards who are fans to give cbs hell, send em nuts!.

Looks like you are out of luck - viewing figures will always dictate whether a show goes or stays and in this case, it's definitely gone BBC NEWS | Entertainment | TV's Jericho is scrapped for good

its called the sponsors triumphed over viewer support............6 million viewers, hows that not reason to keep the show?

and, lets not forget, alot of americans now watch shows off the internet, or record em onto tivo sets, or download them off itunes, how's it right that a quality show gets canned because no one counts those sources?!

YEP! It's called sponsors not getting their money's worth.

6 million out of how many hundreds of millions of viewers?

But people are just going to have to accept it. The concept itself is somewhat 'ok', but it's always been B material from the beginning along with most of the other shows that came out around the same time.

It's more about the decline in viewing figures:

It first got killed by American Idol which steamrollered everything, but now it is in a "safe" slot and unfortunately is the worst performer in that slot, so it doesn't have sufficient viewer share to make it viable
