Yeah, some magnets failed and about a tonne of liquid helium spilled out into the tunnel... so it won't be doing any collisions for a few months now.

Yeah it's broken. It's not a big problem apparently and not entirely unforeseen, but they need to warm up the complex before they can fix it, and then cool it down again before any colliding can take place. That's a few months of downtime.
