It's one of the worst kept secrets as the official toy manufacturers released their product line already... There was a sneak peak trailer recently which had the Doctor saying "Rose is coming back" a couple of times, the Daleks and a shadowy outline of Davros too

If they brought him back, I would hope that they would not change the way he appears. It be like changed the way Darth Vader looks.

I think one of the biggest teases was waaay back in the first series with Eccelston when he asks how the daleks survived and you hear a voice saying
'they survived through me'

and everyone i was sat watching with, we all sort of leaned forward a little thinking (gasp! could it be...)

and its the Dalek Emperor, we all sit back and go 'ohh...okay'

They've talked and referenced him enough times through the series, hell they brought back The Master, why not Davros?
