The season has been great so far and its nice to see the cybermen again. I agree with Matress_of_evil, I didn't like the "Delete! Delete!" either. The only other thing I would pick fault with was the fact that the cybermens' footsteps sounded the same no matter what surface they were walking on, that hard metallic crashing just didn't sound right when they were marching across a lawn.

Saw the second part to the Cybermen Ep. I thought it was good. I like the part where Rose Dad did a runner after finding out the she is his daughter form another reality. Made me laugh. No more Mickey or is that Ricky I guess we won’t be seeing him again unless. he his able to cross different universes. Which is impossible according to the Doctor as the Time Lord are no more. Well that is in our universes. He did not mention if they where dead in Ricky’s universes, or if the is a Doctor running around there.

All in all most enjoyable.

Heh. I've been waiting for that. The Cybermen predate Star Trek, let alone the Borg.

Yep - I've pointed that one out before. Not only that, but the 'Resistance is Futile' routine is taken directly from a BBC series as well - in that case, Blake7 I think.

No question is a stupid question if you don't know the answer - If you need help (and you can find us), ask the (Sens)A-Team.

Actually, that face design has been used before for the Cybermen - back in the Patrick Troughton times I seem to recall. It's been updated, but essentially the same look.

I saw them both when I got back, I thought it was pretty good, a few things I thought would have made it better would have been if Micky had died and Ricky went with them pretending to be Micky to get a better life, the having Micky stay behind just seemed a bit contrived.

I did like the way that both Rose's parents ended up rebuffing her, and the zepplin effects were very nicely done.

Shame noone mentioned gold bullets, but who knows if that would have worked here?

The reason this and the previous doctor have so much crap on teh tardis console is because with galafry and the timelords gone, the doctor has to keep the old girl going with anything he can find to hand that will perform a similar function to whatever has broken down.

Next weeks doesnt look all that great, but it could turn out better than you think, be this years "are you my mommy" moment maybe.
