I'd love to have your request posted at my groups. I have a very simmilar design to this one called the Osiris-Class (U.S.S. Avalon) already available. But my suggestion is to try this kind of request at BCFiles.Com, too.

I just noticed the secondary hulls are far further apart in the forward view than they're depicted in the top view. Second, I'd do away with the bottom set of nacelles if you want to stay true to the Loknar-prise design lineage.

I think you're chances would be better if you would come up with an own design rather than an ugly kitbash...
