No matter what I search for with google I just can't find it except for what I already have. This image came from a yahoo group years ago. The book is seen in the old movie "My youth in Arcadia" and I have both the chopped up version on VHS and the original english version on VHS but... well my vcr keeps trying to eat the tapes even when paused so it's hard to get further reference shots.

Looking at this image makes me mad at whoever cropped it because I need the entire image for reference so I can make a 3d model of the book for a scene I'm working on. The cropping is bad too it's not even centered which is a pain.

Does anyone have a better pic of this?

I bought it in a used book store in Tokyo about 20 years ago! It's a prize possession - this anime was the first I ever saw - couldn't understand a word of it at the time, but watched it a million times anyway.

So is this an actual hard copy book like an old book on the shelf lol or is it a paperback glossy?

I want to model this book so it can sit on a desk in a scene I'm making but I can post an image of the book when it's modeled. I dunno if it will look right after it's modeled but I will post a pic.

It's the inside cover of an 8x11.5 "Perfect Album" of My Youth in Arcadia. It's got lots of concept art and stuff inside. The "real" cover looks much more conventional. This cover was hiding inside under the wrapper. BTW, the movie has tons of shots of the book; both Harlock & Tojiro have a copy of it.
