Old-school Romulan ship - Scifi-Meshes.com

Hey guys, does anybody know anything about this old class of Romulan ship? It's supposed to be from the period of the Romulan-Earth War. My Google-fu is cripplingly weak, but I was able to find a grand total of 2 images:

It looks like a cocktail weenie with wings, but I'm thinking of making an updated version one of these days, and I was wondering if anybody here had any info on it.
