I know I didn't introduce myself when I signed back up after the move...and I can't remember if I ever did at the old site...so I figured I might as well do it all again just for the sake of being thorough.

Howdy folks. I'm Jon though most everyone knows me as Jimi. I've been registered here for a while now...but tend to lurk in the shadows...only coming out at night to randomly comment on something or post something I want to share. However I guess that's going to change now though.

I started out drawing with a pencil and paper back in about 2000 and discovered somewhat to my surprise that I had somewhat of a talent for drawing ship designs. After a few years of that, I eventually made the switch to vector imagining and continue to refine my skills using Pain Shop Pro...which I've had some pretty good results with I think. Now if I could just get anything finished. I've got WIP's out the wazoo, mostly star-trek though, but I've also got a few star wars (nothing serious—just a standard tie interceptor and B-wing) some BSG (which has been shown here already) and my original universe designs. At some point, I may just start a thread to show off every WIP I've got.

Really though, drawing is just a hobby as I consider my actual talent to be writing...prose mainly though I'm beginning to branch out into the world of screenplays and film.
