Quite simply amazing, and extremely helpful for calculating crew sizes. Excellent work and thanks for releasing this!

No problem, it was all born though thanks to my having a whole lot of time on my hands and IIRC coolhand coming up with some really low numbers for the crew of his Krasnoi. I took an old version of this I had for one of my ships and tweaked it for him to come up with a more realistic crew loadout. Then someone suggested coming up with a generic one and after several iterations, here it is.

Just a personal preference type thing, but have you considered putting the manual into .doc or .pdf format in your next iteration; keeping the manual separated from the spreadsheet? Personally I find the flipping back and forth annoying, but it's not going to stop me using it.

(And with that semicolon I'm pretty sure I failed my grammar check.)

How would having the manual in a seperate file make it easier, unless you want to print it up, you would still have to flip back and forth between programs, this way you only run one program.

True, but I can alt-tab between programs rather than manually hitting tabs. It's just a personal preference type deal.
