I'd love to work on a Traveller project, but
a/ I'm not quick enough
b/ I have another project I really need to get on with (see a above)
c/ I'm not really good enough yet.

But I hope someone here is interested, as I know it would be in good hands.

This is the PAID work section. so posting payment info is required.

When you love a pet, loosing it is like loosing a part of your soul. I lost part of mine on Feb 12 2008. Never will it be the same again.

I don't know much about traveller. Will you provide refs/specs/a place to start from?

Hi, al3d, I'm not affiliated with the person offering the work, I just saw the ad on the traveller bbs and thought it might be of interest here for people who are looking for paid work. The terms of payment are in the link I posted. If I've misunderstood and this section is only for people who are actually looking to offer payment for work, (rather than informing the community about places where paid work can be found) then I apologise.

traq, as I said, I'm not connected with the traveller the business or QLI (I'm just a player of the game), but if you'd like to see some idea of what traveller ships look like then I recommend that you have a look at Andrew Boulton's site here:

Traveller 3D - Science Fiction Art in the Far Future

And Jesse De Graf's site here:

Welcome to the Patinir Belt

Andrew is a member of Sci-Fi meshes and he might be able to give you more references. You might also want to ask Hunter Gordon of QLI (who has advertised for the work) who might also give you some more pointers.

cheers

I can't believe you listed me before Jesse :-)

Most Traveller ships wouldn't look out of place in Star Wars, Firefly, or BSG (& vice versa).
