This. Definitely this. What you are asking for is more than just a quick job. If you want it done really quickly, I would check for already existing models, request permission to use them and then get someone to put it together and animate it. If you want it modeled from scratch then this is at least a month's work just for the modeling, another month or so for texturing and then a couple of weeks for scene building, animating and rendering (assuming the person has a decent enough render farm to speed up the render process). You would then want post effects which would probably take another week or so. Even with using pre-existing models you would still be looking at a number of weeks for the compositing, rendering and post work. This is why even short sequences on movies cost a lot of money.
