Hey everybody, it have been super busy lately. I just moved into my new house and I have super slow internet

but I thought I would drop by and show some pics I took.

My mom (the photographer) had to take photos for a wedding in New Orleans so
I decided to take some pics. Keep in mind that first of all I am a beginner, and second I was taking these photos look through dirty glass in a moving vehicle. (Which is tough

)

I've been down there myself recently... some real bad stuff down there. Did you notice that even along canal street where they've supposedly fixed everything, that alot of the buildings still have most of the windows out? Fun city though. LOVE THE FOOD!!!

Yup, that's NOLA alright.

If you want to feel really warm and cheerful, pass through New Orleans East next time. I didn't have my camera with me when I went, but it wasn't at all pretty, even though progress has been made.

Funny how being submerged for three weeks will do that to a neighborhood...
