| This time you see | Nice conditions mate, well exposed- a tripod and lower ISO might have been better, but they look fine at the resolution they're at here. ![]() Man, I hope the weather in europe holds out a wee bit longer- not long till my holidays. ![]() |

Nice shots, but your forground is completly black. some details in the trees would make it even better. in the good old days to get the prefect shot, we would expose a frame for the sky, then one for the trees, and one for the foreground object if there was any. Then under the enlarger, mix all 3 negatives. now with Photoshop, what took 6 hrs to process takes about 10 minutes.. it's not a cheat...since it was done that way in the silver age..![]() |

| This time you see | See, that's the thing with photography- it's quite hard to actually get it "wrong" when you take a shot. Different people have different opinions. Personally, I think it would have been nice to see both your single exposures, and a composition of exposures together side by side, but then that takes away from the "pleasing snapshot" appeal a lot of photos have. ![]() |

| You hassle, you die. | You guys said you wanted to see the foreground, too. Well, as the pics where shot in RAW I played around a little... Single-RAW-HDR comes to mind. ![]() Anyways, I came up with this. You see the ugly buildings, yes? That's exactly why I wanted the foreground black. ![]() ![]() |
