| This time you see | ^Both. ![]() Looks nice Chris- now, where do you keep the curling tongs? ![]() Nice pics, and well composed- you can see in the top one especially how much difference a small portable flash system makes though. Unless you're really lucky with the light it's very hard to replicate the sort of results you see published in mags like Autocar. ![]() |

| You hassle, you die. | Yeah I gave up my Bachelor study for hair cutting! That "almost like rendered" look is pretty much all due to the flashes fill light (and, of course, some fiddling with contrast [sky!] and colors). I did notice however, that in that situation I would have needed more flash power. And that's not the first time. So yeah, a real porty system would have been nice - but massively oversized for what I do. Which means I'll stick with system flashes (I used a SB-600 for the picures). So I'm thinking abou getting me a SB-800 or a second SB-600. We'll see ... Thanks for the nice words you two! ![]() |
