Cool Introducing the USS Thunderchild fresh out of drydock!

This is a model I got from Federation models. She's all painted and ready to display. There are some imperfections cause I'm not a pro or a machine. My camera sucks so sorry about that. What do you all think?

I think it looks great. As someone who's fouled up a fair number of plastic kits i know how difficult it can be to build some.

The only thing i could crit about the images is that the lighting is a bit too yellow.

I like the way you've blended the decals into the model.

The model looks assembled alright, I am just curious about the color scheme,
was that something suggested or is it really that color?

Their suggestion was this

I painted mine to my personal taste and I couldn't find the kind of paint they were calling for. I had to do a mixture for the base light gray color and the contrasting darker gray.

I thik he grey would have been the typical choice, most folks would have used that, but there is something to be said for personal preferences . . .
I remeber seeing something on the Military channel where the British painted one of their battle vehicles Pink because the color material was good for anti radar or some such . . . however they opted for the typical green because pink really isn't a hard core color . . .
Who's to say orange isn't the way to go in the future . . . .
next model do it in grey see what happens. . .

I'd say it looks assembled fine. The yellow, I personally am not a fan of, but thats not to say it looks bad. Out of curiosity, how big is the model?
