Thumbs up Kuhn Global BLUE SCREEN - RED 3 built by REL

Well.... here is yet another beastie creation from the collection! This RED 3 was done from a Mike Salzo HERO studio scale kit and built up by REL (Richard Long). Richard and I decided do THIS Red 3 to resemble the Ep IV (A NEW HOPE) Red 3 that Biggs flew in the trench scene. This is an accurate replica of that bird which now sits in the Lucasfilm Archives. It was the first Red 3 to be replicated as that specific bird and we thought it a wonderful idea to do.

As you can see, Richard did a WONDERFUL job! I am VERY pleased with his work.

These photos were taken early on,... BEFORE I had access to better "Blue Lighting" that often creates the 'white' lighting effects that are common for Star Wars cinematography back in '77. I am eventually going to replace all the Star Wars Collection photos with that shot with the appropriate lighting.

Anyway... as usual, you may use these photo however you like.
