Stone carvings and sculptures

Here's some stone carvings I've done. All of them from limestone that was quarried in Texas 100 years ago, so it's nice and hardened and is very nice for carving.

Horus 3' tall.

The piece you see in the background of the pic above. It's 8 feet tall, sculpted from foam and painted to look like old stone.

A broken fragment book end.

My first stone sculpture, Anubis.

A dino fossil carved from riverstone.

Thumbs up

Now THAT, my friends, is true artist talent!

I know Richard is REAL Mason and Sculptor. If I were to be asked, I would say that I believe it is his true calling! It is no wonder that these models, and their elusive shapes for many, are so easy for him. For now, we are ALL just utilizing him for our wants..... I doubt it will last forever being that this kind of artwork and artist is a rare find.

Most excellent my friend!
