it was made to showcase a 3ds max soundfx plugin foley studio max, for all your surround sound needs, apparently. mind you, sound does tend to be the most overlooked thing when you do your stuff (or should it be when i do my stuff ).

for beginning modelers wanting to make a groovy dreadnought, there's a dvd tutorial available here that will give you a good result.

and no, i am not in any way trying to spam your thread with adds.

Not at all, thank you for the link, I did make a dreadnought(though not as detailed as that specific one), you can get it from the WH40K downloads in the meshes.

Well people i've done it, I have rigged a Warhammer 40'000 forum site for gaming for us in an RPG style. It will utilise the (mostly) rules for Inquisitor which can be downloaded from Specialist Games.
Please join guys, i'll be posting the rules and conditions and "story" very very soon..
Please note that it will be played from the imperium side of the conflict/whatever and that people wanting to play a non-human must ask very very nicely. (Necron, Tyranid and Ork characters will be rejected outright.)

Here is the link, if it works well enough we will post a "story" about our characters actions here once a week in the short story section.

Reality is like a kick in the balls, you see something you like and WHAM.

Hey, it's worth a shot, Show of hands, who wants to ask GW if we can make a "demo reel" or fanfilm for warhammer 40k...

*raises hand*

Well, as long as you have GW's permission, it won't break any IP laws.

(Reckon you'll be lucky to get it, but it can't hurt to ask.)
