Star Trek Dauntless voice actors and writers needed

You may have noticed that I'm posting this again, well, the previous thread is dead so I'm starting again. Narsil will be helping with story ideas, Lonewriter is going to be a writer (although he never replied to the PM I sent him) and Endeavor was going to compose music. But since Lonewriter never replied I need writers (I'm completely stuck with script writing) and I need voice actors. At thr moment I want a voice for the Bolian science officer, Jarlan Tor, a picture of him is attached. I will respond to requests as soon as possible. Thank you in advance.

The series is set in 2381. The Dauntless encounters the Sidan, a race involved in
a war with the Vorn, an extremely powerful species from the outer edges of the Beta quadrant, The Sidan won't be a major player in the series but the Vorn will.
Captain Sam Morgan is an experienced 51 year old officer, Commander Stephen Harrison is a younger and less experienced officer but has great tactical knowledge, Lt cmdr. Jarlan Tor is the Bolian science officer, Lt. Anowi Sirus comes from the ocean planet Sphyrna. Sorry I can't give more charcter information for now but characters are hard for me. For more technical details on
the Dauntless itself, you should visit Narsil's technical manual. Just to get you a little bit interested, I'll give you a list of the episodes I have planned for the beginning:
Out of time parts 1 and 2
The Dauntless is pulled to the 22nd century by accident and has to work together with the crew of the NX 05 Antares to restore the timeline.

Lost world
A shuttle crashes on a planet inhabited by dinosaurs, and the shuttle crew have to escape before it is too late.

Anowi finds himself alone with an unknown enemy stalking him.
This episode still needs a title, any suggestions? I know many will say this is not enough, but this is still in pre-production, besides, all I really need are animators and voice actors. Oh, one more thing, for those who audition for the characters, don't be as wooden as Avery Brooks.

As the unfortunate result of an accidental involvement in a battle between The Vorn & The Sidan, the Starship Dauntless & its crew have become marooned back in the 22nd century. Upon the Dauntless' arrival in the 22nd Century, they're accompanied by the NX-05 Starship Anteres. Despite being better armed than most vessels of the day, they're still greatly outnumbered by the more unscrupulous and unwitting factions of a Pre-Federation timeline. To add further insult to injury, their hands are firmly tied behind their backs by the Temporal Prime Directive. In the meantime, Lieutenant Anowi somehow winds-up alone on a primitive though developing world with an unknown entity shadowing him.
