What we're after:
Star Trek: First Fleet is looking for graphic artists to create "Mission Splashes" for each mission of the ships.

Star Trek: First Fleet is a play by forum roleplaying game where players can immerse themselves in a complete freeform roleplaying environment set on many periods in the Star Trek universe.

What is Mission Splashes?...

I might be interested of doing this.

I am guessing splash screens for the missions. Like when you fire up a game and a screen shows up while the game is starting up, or when you are loading a mission in a game and it displays a screen with artwork relevant to the mission in hand.

99% Correct. Basically, I run a play by forum RPG, and for each mission for each ship and/or station we have a graphic in the first post that gives a little "teaser" image and the mission name.
