Illustrations for a story I have in mind - Scifi-Meshes.com

I have a science fiction story half in mind and half in writing, and I think some nice illustrations would help it

. Basically, there are several images that would be needed. Each should be at least 800x600.

Pictures 1 through 3 form a triptych.

Picture 1: A futuristic battleship, bristling with weapons, is in orbit around an Earth-like planet. It fills the view.

Picture 2: A zoom-out of picture one. It shows six identical ships arranged in a hexagon around the first ship. The planet holds centre.

Picture 3: A massive zoom-out. We see thousands upon thousands of ships, packed extremely densely in a sphere, completely encircling the planet.

Picture 4: Inside a dense field of battleships, some jump into hyperspace.

Picture 5: The planet explodes. The very last battleships limp into hyperspace.

Linus, that's very vague, and what will the artist get out of this.

That sounds almost exactly like the opening few minutes of the hitchikers guide to the galaxy movie.
