  | Modelers/Animators/CGI Needed for pre-TOS fan film Hello everyone! I have posted on this site before and had "some" luck with responses, but due to a computer problem I recently lost some of my email correspondence and am now back up and running to try this again. My name is Mike Dempsey, the creator and executive producer of a pre-TOS fan film called "Star Trek: Origins" - we are based in Central Kentucky (Lexington) and are in need of some talented folks to help with our production. We have a need for help in the following areas: 3D Modeling Animation Sfx General CGI (sets, corridors, rooms, etc) This is a non-paying production...all of us are fans and doing it because we love it! We will provide you with as much promotion and exposure as we can....links from our website to yours, copies of the episodes, promotion among the other Star Trek fan film productions, screen credit of course, and anything else we can do to get your name out there. We receive close to 200,000 hits per month to our website and have people on our team from around the country and different parts of the world. This is a live action production and we are currently shooting our first vignette. Whatever your talent...if it's in Lightwave, 3DS Max, After Effects, etc., we need help in many areas. Visit our website at Star Trek: Origins to see the most recent updates and pictures. If you have any questions about anything at all, let me know. Most ask what type of models we need....we're needing ships (Federation, non-Federation,) space stations, interiors, space/planet scapes, etc. Each script we have lined up to shoot has a different need. | SFM Obsessed  | What kind of animation is required? Do keep in mind I only have minimal experience with animation thus far, but what I do have I am confident will carry over well into ship animation. Send me a PM and let's work out a trial run and see what comes of it. |
