Here's a uniform and combadge I designed. The uniform would be simple to make,
you just need two blue longsleeved shirts and black trousers.

CaptainKirk, that is a possible idea for the uniforms and I will have Leo look at it to see what he thinks. The only problem I see with it is that people would be reminded of the original series and get confused of the time period.

CaptainKirk: The comm bad has already been decided upon. We are going with the badge used in "All Good Things..." since it is recognizable and known to fans. I don't want to stray too much from what people already know. As far as the uniform, I have to agree wtih bbest that its too similar to that of the Original Series. What I am looking for is a new uniform that is a cross between the current ones from Star Trek: Nemesis and the uniforms used in the VOY epsiode "Relativity".

I actually thought the "Relativity" uniforms looked like a cross between mine and the Nemesis uniforms. I'll have to see what I can do. BTW, I don't know if it will be of any use to you but there's this site, New Page 1, which has a ton of Star Trek props in kit form and already constructed.

captainkirk - Thanks for the link to newmoon and actually that is the site that we are going to be purchasing some props from for the show so...we're on the same track!!

captainkirk - your uniforms are similar. Do you have a command uniform? The one you have is for science/medical right?

Actually if you look at the sleeve you will see a red stripe. It's sort of similar in a
way to the FC uniforms in that most of the uniform is the same but there's just a
small area showing the department. Here's another uniform using the same template but with different colors and the AGT combadge.

captainkirk: I do like it the more I study it. I still see a huge similarity between your design and that of the uniforms in TNG. Is there anything you can do to alter the design a bit more to make it less TNG and perhaps more like the uniform in Relativity from VOY?
