Star Trek My Way Project

I originally creating a crossover taking place in the canon Trek universe. But I instead I would like to create my own Trek universe my way. In my universe, the United Federation of Planets is founded 390 years ago by Twelve Colonies of Man, Vulcan Confederation, Andorian Sovereignty, Klingon Empire, Species 116, Pokemon Empire, Mushroom Kingdom, Alliance of Independant Governments(founded by Technomorphic Borg, Hirogen, and Voth), Abh Empire, Tellarite Alliance, Vedran Empire, Free Jaffa Nation, Vorlon Empire, Centari Republic, Minbari Federation, Talaxian/Ocumpa Alliance, and League of Non-Aligned Worlds. Taking place in the 21st century, the newly overhauled U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-J.The Rocket Battalion(founded by Team Rocket, Team Magma, Team Aqua, Team Galactic, Team Snagem, Cipher, Phobos Battalion, Orion Syndicate, Andromedan Pirates, Republic of Bajor, Cardassian Union, Breen Confederacy, Klingon Reformist, Remans[liberated from Romulan Star Republic], and Ferengi Traditionists.) is threatning the Federation. It Will have elements of Andromeda, Babylon 5, Battlestar Galactica, Stargate, Mobile Suit Gundam, Pokemon, Revolutionary Girl Utena, Slayers, Crest of the Stars, Earth: Final Conflict, Farscape, and other Scifi/Nintendo/Anime series. It will go along the lines of The Original Series, Animated Series, Next Generation, Voyager, and Enterprise.
I'm not very good a writing scripts, I only write summaries and I asked them to convert them into scripts.
