This is the year 2387 and the Star Triangle Advanced Guard came to existance. The United Federation of Planets is converted into a Constitutional-based Democratic Monarchy after the Abh Empire joins the Federation(the Abh was created by the Principality of Zeon, decendants of the Dinosaurs from the Mura Galaxy 5000 years ago). The new Captain of the Enterprise-E replacing Picard is Lamhirh, a Candidate for the Throne of the Federation.

I think you need to re-write this concept as no-one save for hardcore anime / hentai fans would be able to follow along. Plus, I wouldn't directly borrow someone else's characters word-for-word from another author's book(s), though you can create a character or species that parallels the character(s) as an homage to a favorite author.

In example: Ablïarsec néïc Dubreuscr Bœrh Parhynr Lamhirh (a.k.a., Viscountess Paryunu Abriel Nei Dobrusk Lafiel) is the main female protagonist in the anime Crest of the Stars, Banner of the Stars, and Banner of the Stars II, as well as all the novels written by Morioka Hiroyuki

You need to keep the universes (Mario Brothers, et al.) *~completely~* separate & take baby-steps.

If you're going to introduce an entirely new social order to the United Federation of Planets & its allies, (including an entirely new species or political entity made up of a collection of species we've never heard of,) fan fiction readers need you to "warm them up to it."

Work on an entire series where there's individual characters (crossing-over from their universe into the Star Trek universe,) & they're carefully laid out as discrete cameo appearances over maybe six or seven whole chapters or seasons.

Help readers understand why introducing these universes to one another would be a good thing. Are the members of the Abh Empire sophisticated diplomats that know something we (Starfleet) don't? Do they possess replicator technology we need? Are they capable of outrunning, out-gunning or outsmarting either the Dominion or Borg Collective?

The Abh Empire, I'd re-write them as an offshoot sect of Voth Colonists from Voyager's "Distant Origin" episode that somehow hadn't made it as far away from Earth as Voyager & the Voth themselves during the Voth's own version of a now-eons-old DY-100 / NX-Class early warp propulsion period.

I'd compose the stories you're writing that way, rather than compose stories that carelessly throw complicated plots together in a disorganized heap over the first two or three episodes of a first season arc.
