STAR TREK: NEW WORLDS (Fan Fiction Anthology)

My anthology is a collection of ideas I'm collaborating-on, with other novice authors. I'm currently working on "Star Trek: Damascus".

"Star Trek: Damascus" is set after "Star Trek: Nemesis".

1000 years later, the Hur'q are set free from another dimension by their (elite) Kam'Jathae warriors. The aging (Valley Forge-Class) U.S.S. Damascus, (a refit TMP-era Loknar-Class gunship,) has been diverted from eavesdropping on the Remans & re-deployed with an improvised battle-group assigned to protect a now-fragile Quo'nos.

The Great Hall has been razed to the ground, the High Council virtually eliminated, & The Klingon Empire teeters on the precipice of total civil collapse.

All due to the events within "The Art Of The Impossible" ("Lost Era" novel by Keith R. A. DeCandido), "The Left Hand of Destiny" (novel by J.G. Hertzler + Jeffrey Lang), the plot of the "Star Trek: Invasion" game, & The Dominion War.

I've revived a few old work in progress stories that were written & uploaded to my Yahoo groups' Files areas by myself & others. I hope you enjoy them & I hope they inspire other newbie writers to jump in with their own ideas. I'll be reviving others as time permits this week.

This is really tempting, but as soon as I'm done writing "Farragut," my intention is to possibly pursue a series involving those characters. Otherwise, I would love to write something along these lines. It sounds very interesting.
