Ah.. well.. I did have some images up on both of my sites that were missing some information so you still deserve a thank you "Animaniac" and also to "Spudmonkey" since it sent me straight to the site(s) to check and I realized I had not placed all the credit on each page where it needed to be.

Even if I'm skeptical about you owning a copyright to something that is actually breaking another copyright, I can sympathize with you. I understand that you came up with the name FIRST. So, it's your (Fanfiction) property. I'll come up with another name for the ship, but it's looking like the series won't be out for a LONG while now, given that my series, Warp Gate 0012, has gotten off to a pretty decent start, and after that, may be a re-imagined version of my first Stargate fanfiction series, Stargate Aurora, which will be called Stargate Andromeda. I'm not gonna apologize, because I'm still skeptical, but I do understand, and I'd hate it if someone took my idea. Good luck with your Helios, I'll be finding another name

Not to sound melodramatic or anything, but imagetheft is generally considered a perma-ban offense around here, but we're not entirely heartless bastards, so if there's a good explanation for this, we would like to hear it.

Let me clarify something here. While SFM tries to keep our members work as protected as possible from these situations, which is why we encourage credits in the images posted here, we are not responsible for what happens with it once it goes public. If the images are posted with crediting violations here in the forum, we can warn the user, remove the images, and if no action is taken by the offender after that, we will ban him.

The same can be applied here. If Cameron Mitchell does not explain the situation and make amends, he will be banned as we do not tolerate this kind of behaviour here. However, once that happens, the participation of SFM on the matter is essentially over, as any other things happening outside our community are not our responsibility.

In the interests of resolving this peacefully, I ask Cameron Mitchell to please answer the inquires made by Animaniac and resolve the crediting issues or we'll be forced to take more drastic action.
