Star Trek Mirror Universe Part 1: Glass Empires

I've been looking forward to this book for awhile, mainly because it told the story of what happened after the events in the Star Trek Enterprise episode "In A Mirror, Darkly" which is the first story in the book. Without giving any details away I will say this, it is a very interesting story and ends with a suprise. The second story was about what took place after the Star Trek episode "Mirror, Mirror" and tells how Spock took control of the Enterprise and ends with the destruction of the Empire. The final story is a TNG story that is about Picard and the mirror universe version of the Borg.
Overall, I liked this book but it did have a few technical flaws, like the Klingon's having cloaking devices when it was established in the Deep Space Nine episode "The Emperor's New Cloak" that cloaking technology didn't exist in the mirror universe.
Other than that this was an excellent book and I am about to start the second Mirror Universe book, Mirror Universe Part 2: Obsidian Alliances

I'll have to add this one to my "to-be-read' list. I've always been fascinated with the three or four 'Mirror Universes' that have appeared.

I liked the TNG hardcover, "Dark Mirror", but it seems that nothing else has been written in that particular one.

Regards,

Niniri
