Galactic Command

Galactic Command is a script-based series of stories that I've been working on since I was 15 (I'm about 36 now, so that should tell you how long I've worked on perfecting this series).

I've worked out the first season of episodes according to date.

"System of the Lost" [Pilot Episode, two-parter]
May, 2515
As the GCNV Missouri makes a rendezvous with her sister ship, GCNV Widowmaker, the crew discovers that the sector she was patrolling has been rendered lifeless by radioactive weaponry of some kind, and the Widowmaker was set adrift and almost pulverized in the process. Questions begin to arise as to who did it, as the Orna'akian Empire is already ruled out as a suspect.

The traitor in the ranks of GCNV Missouri is now under arrest, and must be replaced. But with the report of Captain Derek Stone's death, Flag Admiral Hudson orders 18-year-old Michael into action. Already holding a JROTC rank of lieutenant commander, his rank is transferred and he is named the second officer of Captain McBride's ship. The Missouri is then sent on orders to investigate a remote star system for the Colonization Corps.

They discover that the Colonization Corps is about 200 years too late...the planets that were habitable in the Zerell System are already taken...by a colony that established by the first run of the Imperial Terran Order. But with the Empire having thought to have been destroyed 200 years, they want to apply for membership in the Galactic Systems Alliance.

Meanwhile, the ITO, claiming responsibility for the Treboluus Massacre, is threatening the GSA President with more attacks unless their demands are met. Among them, the demand is made to leave the Zerell System to them. Can the crew of the Missouri stop the Empire from taking those planets before all-out war breaks out?

Note: I'm also working on the novelization of "System of the Lost." In that is a prelude that depicts the last days of the GCNV Widowmaker. I also include that there's some that are known for "losing" important information, and could be operating on their own agendas...hmmm...sounds like a subplot to the story as well!
