Cool The Making of "The Director's Edition": Re-Refitting the Enterprise
Foundation Imaging receives the studio scale Enterprise model from Paramount to be the basis for the CG versions used in The Director's Edition. On this page there are a few videos of the process, including the uncrating of this ship and the Klingon Bird of Prey with a lot of close-ups on The Enterprise. Can't hurt to have another reference, right? Especially from the actual model!

One of the last highlights in foundation´s history before the legend dissolved and its members moved on to other companies and projects.
