Model Downloads

I would like to officially announce the opening of Scifi-Meshes.com's NEW downloads area. This new area runs within vbulletin so you no longer have to login to the downloads area. If you are logged into the forums, you are automatically logged into the downloads area.

*You must verify your email address to complete your registration. If you have a registration problem, contact admin(at)scifi-meshes.com and we will help!

Please read the downloads Terms and Conditions regarding credits and or usage. By downloading files from SFM you are agreeing to those terms and conditions. Don't be a jerk, credit people for their hard work. We take it seriously here, so your warned.

Please upload your models! I (aceman) have started transferring models from the old system to the new system but I'm only one man, and my DSL isn't an uber connection. I'm working my way through the models, but it's not a fast process.

Also - When you upload a model, a thread is now auto generated in the forums!

even though us staffers are moving what we can, don't worry about possible duplicates when re-uploading yours, since the duplicates can always be deleted

Query: Where'd the 40k section go?? I had several models in there and now... POOF!

I'm definately NOT done moving files. I have to download them, transpose the data from the old site, then reupload, then readd images. It's not the fastest process, but it's the only way I know how. You see.. under the old system, the files are renamed, and encrypted, so I just can't move files on the server.

Most everything will return.. if you don't YET see a category for your models. Post it into the closest category, and if we get enough files, I'll make a category specifically for them, and move them myself. So don't worry about wether or not their is a category for it.

PS: If you wanna help.. please feel free to REPOST your models to the new area. It will help me, others people who want the files, and your stuff gets online immediately.

As a SFM donator (Orange Username) you bypass the approval process and your files are immediately available for registered users.
