Gallery comments and ratings - Scifi-Meshes.com

Should there be some kind of post count limit nessisary before people could rate images in the gallery, because it seems to be that a lot of people join just to give overlly negative comments and rate down pictures that had previously been doing well in the galleries.

Maybe it might be an idea that you can only comment and rate an image if you have uploaded an image to the gallery yourself.

I try and check it every day.

Also I'm limited (cause of the software: Photopost) to either turn OFF or ON the comments for usergroups, but can't set it to check how many posts they have before commenting. I CAN however disable commenting from visitors/guests.
