Drop downs & Ads

On the pages where we have our sponsored links banner, the banner seems to be on top of any menu drop-downs, like the Quick Links one. Here's two examples:

I would imagine we'd want the drop-downs to show up over the banners.

I don't know if this is a browser-specific issue, but I'm running Firefox 1.5.0.3

Doesn't seem to be causing an issue here, using Firefox 2.0.0.1

Unfortunately, I can't until my company decides to approve 2.0 for general use.

Weird. I upgraded to 2.0.0.1 at home, and I have the same issues. The drop-down menu is showing up behind the ads. Maybe it has something to do with the Flash ads?

I'm on IE6 on my laptop and just tried it and my drop-down menus went over the ads, both the ones at the top and the search the forum one with the Doctor Who ad on the side.
