Confused installing ships

sorry but i am new at this, how do i install ships where do i install them

first you need a 3d application, there are free ones out there like Wings 3D and Blender
then make sure whatever ship you want is in the correct format for your 3D program, and import it

And a pc would be useful, I don't think 3D aps work well on phones.

No, j/k As backstept mentioned, you should take a googlellook at blender or wings3d. They're free and there are many tutorials on the net.
