Steampunk gas mask is the stuff of nightmares

If you're looking to really creep out, well, anyone that you happen to run into, you could do a lot worse than by wearing this steampunk gas mask that seems to borrow more than a little bit from bondage and S&M culture.Made from brass and leather, the gas mask is based on a real Soviet-era mask, but with a bunch of new flourishes added in. It's certainly interesting as a piece of art, but I can't really imagine anyone actually wearing it. Beyond questions about being able to see or breathe while wearing it, did I mention how creepy it looks? Because it does. Very creepy.
